Wilhloesch was using legacy inhouse developed ERP system to manage CRM And ERP activities. The biggest challenge faced by Wilhloesch was consolidation of data and real time reporting with graphical dashboard for making business decision. Wilhloesch management was finding to difficult to track and manage their business process efficiently and effectively. Azzarosol team helped them in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central in 7 legal entities thereby integrating CRM and ERP with Power BI reporting toll which enable to track and manage their business more efficiently and effectively. The solution also helped to streamlined the accessibility of the application across the globe since it was deployed on cloud.
