Job Description
Candidate Required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a D365 Business Central ERP Functional Consultant, strong with finance modules. Strong knowledge of finance and operational business processes.
- Completed at least 3 full life cycle implementation (Full Life Cycle = General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budget, Cash flow, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc) Done at least 4+ upgrades/migration projects and good knowledge in executing projects using MS Implementation methodologies
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including P&L, Balance sheet, Chart of accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in financial reporting. Exposure to GST and Statutory compliance Experience with configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business needs and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their financial processes, identifying and implementing D365 Business Central ERP solutions to streamline these processes, and ensuring the D365 Business Central ERP system meets the Customer organization’s needs and objectives. Preparation of Functional Specification Document, Training Manuals, UAT Scripts, FDD (Functional Design Document), workflows, and gap-fit analyses. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Business Central.
2. Configuration & Implementation
Lead the implementation, Configure core modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, and Manufacturing. Develop and document functional specifications, business processes, and workflows. Manage system setups including chart of accounts, dimensions, posting groups, and workflows. Collaborate with technical teams on necessary customizations using AL or extensions. 4. System Customization and Integration:
Explain customization requirement to Technical as per business requirements. Good understanding on Integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
3. Testing & Deployment
Create and execute test plans and coordinate unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist with data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Conduct system testing and validation to identify and resolve issues and ensure the quality, accuracy of data.
4. Training & Support
Conduct user training sessions on ERP system functionality and best practices and create relevant documentation and manuals. Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues and troubleshoot functional issues. Develop user manuals and training materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Location- Mumbai Office (Thane).
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri 9.30am – 6.30pm , Saturday 2nd & 4th holiday, working Saturday 10am – 4pm).
