Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Azzarosol :Full Time :Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities 

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful New Business sales experience, Software/IT service  selling.
  • Able to work to a monthly target and be able to effective communicate over the phone, through email
  • Generate and qualify excellent customer leads
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal oriented with superior work ethic.
  • Experience working in large complex selling environments
  • Proven track record in identifying and pursuing large number of accounts over the phone  Experience of technology-related sales. business development experience
  • Proven IT sales track record
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Possesses superior follow up skills with the ability to respond under pressure

Competencies and Skills Required 

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and think “outside the box.”
  • Must be able to travel extensively according to Business necessity
  • Solid project management, sales leadership, consultative management, interpersonal & mentoring skills
  • Must have good planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments  . Strong internet research skills 

Job Type: Full Time (Mon-Fri 9.30am – 6.30pm, Saturdays (1st & 3rd) 11am to 6pm
